Job Description
The Technical Development and Industrialization Responsible for Fancy Jewelry and Belts is a CDI position based in Paris, responsible for leading the development and industrialization of fancy jewelry and belts in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role involves providing technical support to development teams, leading a team of 4 people, and ensuring respect for quality and deadline requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Materials, Metallurgy, Leather, etc.) or a Technical degree Bac+5
- Significant and successful experience of 5 to 10 years in industrialization or production in the domain of metal parts or components
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes of fancy jewelry or metal parts
- Knowledge of cost of goods of these manufacturing processes
- Experience of working with a design studio/designers
- Analytical and synthesizing qualities, reactivity, ability to anticipate and rigor
- Proposition skills and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- First experience of management
- Mastery of IT tools (notably Excel, PLM)
