Job Description
As a CHANEL ambassador, you will play a critical role in delivering a unique and inspiring customer experience for all customers. You will be responsible for providing seamless customer experiences, communicating genuinely and empathetically with customers, and building relationships.
Requirements
- Provide high-level service
- Manage customers in accordance with CHANEL's guidelines
- Maintain and manage the highest level of boutique image
- Execute business partnerships to achieve exceptional results
- Packing & Greeting: Guide customers upon entry, provide personalized services, check and manage inventory, package, and operate (e.g., input sales products into the system, guide repair processes, etc.)
