Job Description
As the General Accounting and Fixed Assets Manager, you will be responsible for the overall accounting and fixed assets management in France and across Europe. You will report directly to the European Accounting Director and will play a key role in driving performance and cohesion across the teams in France and Europe.
Requirements
- Higher education in accounting/finance (Bac+5, business school, or equivalent).
- Minimum 9 years of experience in a complex financial environment (company and accounting firm).
- Strong knowledge of French and IFRS accounting standards, as well as a solid understanding of digital transformation and automation issues.
- Rigor, sense of organization, curiosity, autonomy, and propositional force.
- Proven relational and managerial skills, ability to unite and develop teams, at least 10 people.
- Excellent Excel skills, good knowledge of SAP and finance SI tools (AX, Oracle, TM1, Basware, etc.).
- Open-mindedness, ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
