Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record and thorough expertise in merchandising and buying from Fashion luxury industry.
• Innovative mindset with ability to demonstrate out of the box thinking.
• Ability to motivate and develop team, and promote high levels of performance.
• Excellent influencing, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and sensitivity to changes in external business, social, economic, political and technological environment.
