The Project Assistant role in the Jewelry Watch Division will contribute to creating a memorable Onboarding Experience, deploying the digital Onboarding platform, and participating in the deployment of Talent Programs and Processes.

Requirements

• Contribute to creating a memorable Onboarding Experience
• Actively participate in the good integration of candidates by ensuring respect for the onboarding process
• Deploy the digital Onboarding platform
• Contribute to the logistical organization of integration sessions
• Enrich and propose recommendations on the Onboarding offer
• Participate in the deployment of Talent Programs and Processes
• Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of HR and Talent Dev data
• Participate in Social Commitment projects
