Project Manager (Civil/Geo)

Join us as a Project Manager (Civil/Geo) to manage projects for the whole project life cycle from project inception to handover. Manage stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors. Must have good degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related fields, at least 8 years of experience in construction industry, strong project management and coordination experience, and experience in Program Risk Management.

Requirements

• Good degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience in project management and coordination.
• Experienced in Program Risk Management.
• Have minimum 3 years of construction management experience with Clients/Owners involving major civil infrastructure projects or deep excavation works of at least 15m deep or complex building projects
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration
• Some experience in C&S engineering design, authority submission requirements and BIM requirements will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Project will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
