Project Manager (Mechanical Systems)

Job Description: Project Manager (Mechanical Systems) responsible for design and construction management of road tunnels and APM stations/tunnels for Terminal 5 development. Close collaboration with consultants, stakeholders, and contractors required.

Requirements

• Good degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the design and project management of mechanical systems for tunnels, infrastructure, or rail development.
• Processes good experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for large-scale projects.
• Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E Systems.
• Familiar with the Authorities' requirements and the submissions and approvals
• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
• Good team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
