Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social media buying across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with programmatic buying and social ad platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting).
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, CPM, CPC, and ROAS.
- Comfortable with testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key trends, providing insights for optimizing campaigns and driving performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including account management, creative, and senior-level team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating clear reports and delivering insights to internal teams and clients.
