Job Description
A School Age Childcare Teacher is responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs in accordance with State of California Community Care Licensing guidelines, providing quality care and supervision to children, and guiding behaviors using positive methods. The role requires flexibility, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a staff team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess 12 units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- 6 months of experience in a childcare setting
- Ability to obtain Criminal Record Clearance
