Job Description
The SWIM INSTRUCTOR position at the Santa Barbara Family YMCA requires following YUSA established lesson plans, communicating with families, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, maintaining certifications, and ensuring the safety of children.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance, if over 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent; valid work permit required if a minor
- Previous work experience with children or in related field preferred
