Factory Supervisor

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Factory Supervisor to lead high-rate production using lean principles and standard work. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-rate environments and strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work.

Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing leadership in high-rate environments
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work
• Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution
• Experience managing WIP, flow, and production constraints in real time
• Hands-on experience with structured problem solving (5-Why, root cause)
