CHAOS Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to manage deal execution, build financial models, and coordinate diligence workstreams.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of deal execution
• Build and maintain financial models
• Coordinate diligence workstreams
• Prepare investment analyses and executive presentations
• Coordinate with outside counsel and financial advisors
• Support pipeline tracking and target screening
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Assist in integration planning post-close
