Senior Software Release Manager

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Senior Software Release Manager to join their multidisciplinary team focused on advanced radar technology. The role involves designing and managing the end-to-end release workflow, automating release gates, and ensuring 100% traceability from binary back to source code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience specifically in Release Engineering or related fields for complex systems that include both software and hardware
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g. Jenkins) focusing on pipeline logic and orchestration
• Expert-level knowledge of Git, including advanced branching, merging, and tagging strategies for large, multi-team codebases and multiple repositories
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams
• Solid understanding and extensive experience in software development using Linux
