As AI & Automation Manager, you will architect the next generation of AI-driven workflows across our Go-to-Market organization. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic advisory and technical execution to build our global AI engine.
Requirements
- AI & Workflow Fluency: Technically conversant in AI tool architectures with a track record of deploying high-impact workflow automations.
- Analytical Mindset: Data driven thinker who scrutinizes AI-generated outputs, refines underlying logic, and synthesizes complex data into actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive 'builder' who owns the full lifecycle—from identifying friction points to architecting and scaling scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to distill complex strategic concepts into crystalline, executive-ready insights.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as hyper-growth start-up/scale-up or similar.
