Job Description
Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its mission-driven team, delivering whole-person, longitudinal care and promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and addressing acute medical concerns.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire.
- Proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient centered primary care across various ages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
