Job Description
The Associate Director AUS is responsible for full end-to-end delivery on searches in the salary range of 150-300k SGD, including offer management as Owner or Co-owner. The role involves handling regional/global complexity, driving interactions with new and existing contacts, and developing relationships with Premium/Business/First class clients.

- Develop a pipeline of new work
- Demonstrate targeted LinkedIn research and sourcing skills
- Stretch yourself to achieve actions and goals as set in your quarterly business plan
- Accurate pipelining/forecasting and proactive management of gaps against budget and targets
- Build expertise and knowledge across areas of specialisation
- Actively mentor Associates and MIT
- Embrace technology, efficiency, speed to execute, collaborative mindset and focus on delivering daily actions
