Founding Lead Recruiter

Charge Robotics is a Series A startup building robots that build solar farms. As the Lead Recruiter, you'll build our talent function and recruiting processes from scratch and grow our passionate and amazing team as we work together to transform the solar industry.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superb negotiation and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with a ruthless ability to prioritize
• Metrics-driven mindset, leveraging data to understand pipeline health and improve velocity, quality, retention
