Job Description
We are a robotics startup on a mission to transform how utility-scale solar farms are built, and we need experienced construction leaders to help us deploy our technology. As a Site Superintendent, you will lead and direct Foremen and craft labor on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all mechanical scopes.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in mechanical construction on utility-scale solar EPC projects
- Ability to supervise large, multi-crew field operations and manage diverse teams
- Strong working knowledge of tools, heavy equipment, and their safe application on solar construction sites
