Job Description
ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive day-to-day operations with Contract Manufacturers and ensure delivery of top-quality products. In this highly visible role, you will be the factory expert in manufacturing processes, yields, and overall factory readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in fast-paced PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization companies
- Experience in DFx methodologies and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems effectively
- Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing principles
- Program management experience with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively across functions
- Excellent debugging skills and ability to solve problems under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically
