The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the Human Resources department to coordinate the recruitment process for operational and logistics-related positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on operational positions
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in high-demand environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and build solid relationships with internal teams
• Intermediate English
