Spot Pricing Analyst

Charger Logistics is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to support our growing US commercial operations. The role involves analyzing and responding to spot freight quote requests, building competitive spot rates, and maintaining lane-level pricing benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations within a North American trucking or brokerage environment
• Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment
• Clear communicator who works well across sales and operations teams
