We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Leader to guide our warehouse operations effectively in Pottstown, PA. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure quality and timeliness. Assemble water treatment products and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement improvements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable mode of transportation to and from work
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day
• Flexible availability for overtime when necessary
