Job Description
The Head Indoor Track and Field Coach will develop a coaching program focused on skill development, practice planning, and supervision of players. The coach will communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and administration, and maintain high standards of character. The role requires a commitment to student athlete development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Teachers or certified professionals employed by the local Board of Education
- MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Completed two years of successful coaching experience at a school
- Completion of a pre-season meeting with students and parents
