Job Description
This part-time position for the La Plata High School Volleyball Coach develops and implements effective coaching programs, focusing on skill development, practice planning, and supervision of all levels of the sport. The role involves communication with students, parents, and administration and requires a thorough understanding of the school's policies and regulations. The head coach will be responsible for team selection and evaluations.
Requirements
- Provide all required educational certifications.
- Pass an eligibility assessment from the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association.
- Complete all required paperwork and forms.
- Conduct mandatory pre-season meetings.
- Supervise assistant coaches and assign their duties.
