Job Description
The Head Boys Lacrosse Coach will develop a coaching program, guide student-athletes, and instill character. The position is a 12-month, non-exempt, temporary role requiring a background in education and coaching. Responsibilities include facilitating tryouts, monitoring practices, and ensuring appropriate equipment and safety. The position reports to the Principal and the Athletic Director.
Requirements
- Provide all required certifications by MPAA and Charles County Public Schools.
- Pass mandatory pre-season meetings with students and parents.
- Supervise assistant coaches and assign assigned duties.
- Conduct a pre-season meeting with students
- Check all equipment and make necessary repairs.
