Job Description
The Assistant Coach position provides skill development, practice planning, and supervision for a girls soccer team. This role involves communication with head coaches, parents, and administration, focusing on character development and enforcing school policies. The position requires a commitment to good ethical behavior and adherence to regulations.
Requirements
- Be knowledgeable of the Charles County Public Schools Extra-Curricular Handbook and uphold school rules.
- Achieve certification as a professional educator by the State Department of Education (COMAR 13A.12.01).
- Have a MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification.
- Completed two years of successful emergency coach experience.
