Job Description
This position is for a Westlake High School Assistant Boys Soccer Coach, part-time, during the summer school program. The role involves developing a coaching program, supervising players, maintaining building security, and assisting with activities and communication. The assistant coach will work closely with the head coach and school administration, focusing on developing players and fostering sportsmanship.
Requirements
- Teachers or certified professionals employed by the local Board of Education
- Certified as a professional educator by the State Department of Education according to 13A.12.01
- MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Pass an emergency coach certification
- Able to secure building and equipment
- Adhere to school and county/state rules
