Animal Care Technician I

Charles River employees work together to assist in the discovery, development and safe manufacture of new drug therapies. As an Animal Care Technician, you will perform routine animal husbandry tasks, including cleaning, feeding, and watering laboratory animals.

Requirements

• High school diploma, General Education Degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in animal or life sciences field preferred
• Directly related laboratory animal experience in a laboratory animal facility preferred.
• Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT) certification from AALAS preferred
