Animal Care Technician I (B35)

For 75 years, Charles River employees have worked together to assist in the discovery, development and safe manufacture of new drug therapies. We are looking for an Animal Care Technician I to join our Insourcing Solutions team, located in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

• Perform daily animal health observations, animal husbandry duties
• Maintain accurate records of animal breeding, housing, or support areas
• Receive, inspect, and house incoming animals
• Assist with restraint, handling, and manipulation of various animal species
• Monitor personnel and equipment entry into various rooms
• Operate required equipment and performs general housekeeping
