Job Description
Charles River is looking for a Laboratory Animal Technician I to join their Insourcing Solutions team in Poolesville, MD. The successful candidate will maintain and monitor the health and well-being of animals on-site, perform daily animal health observations, and maintain records related to animal and facility functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with lab animals, specifically non-human primates, or any animal experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain AALAS certification at the ALAT level within 6 months of eligibility
