Job Description
We are recruiting a Laboratory Technician - H/F for a 12-month contract at our Saint-Nazaire site. As a Laboratory Technician, you will perform technical work on bioanalysis studies for new medicines in development, using various extraction techniques and LC-MS/MS. You will also participate in the design and writing of bioanalysis methods and procedures, and contribute to the management of the laboratory in collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements
- Performing analyses using various extraction techniques (protein precipitation, solid phase extraction (SPE), liquid (LLE, SLE), enzymatic digestion, immunocapture, protein precipitation extraction, solid phase extraction) and LC-MS/MS to quantify molecules of interest
- Manipulating and analyzing biological samples in accordance with laboratory good practices (BPL) and good clinical practices (BPC)
- Participating in the design and writing of bioanalysis methods and procedures
- Participating in the management of the laboratory in collaboration with colleagues
