Job Description
Charles Gate Property Management is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day multiple maintenance service requests and repair and upkeep services within a portfolio of Boston and Metro North Boston area residential apartment and condominium buildings.
Requirements
- High School or GED required
- Personal Vehicle/Own tools required (Basic)
- Certifications, Current Special Licenses (HVAC, Electrical) highly encouraged
- 1+ years professional maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment, serving a wide range of tasks and a high level of communication
- Experience in the property management industry or hospitality is required
- Experience specifically in residential property management is highly recommended
