Collections Associate

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that connects people to life-saving behavioral health treatment. The company is looking for a Collections Associate to manage patient balances, work with admissions teams, and collect outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 2+ years related work experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance, customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
• Knowledge of medical billing practices, office policies and procedures.
• Understanding of “No Surprises Collections Act”
• Knowledge of all confidentially requirements regarding patients and strict maintenance of proper confidentiality on all such information
• Mathematics skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Strict attention to details
