The role involves building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs, all while operating remotely and leveraging telehealth. Requirements

• Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills.
• Present programming information in a thorough manner.
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages.
• Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual IOP level of care.
• Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
• Collaborate with referral sources.
