Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that leads the nation in high-acuity virtual behavioral care. We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our Therapist Success team and help us build tools that empower therapists to focus on care, not clicks.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience developing user-facing web or mobile applications that deliver meaningful business value
• Expertise and hands-on production experience with an application programming language, preferably Python
• Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down big, messy problems into smaller parts with tractable solutions and clear iterations
