Senior Analytics Engineer

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that aims to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers decision-making at Charlie Health.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery), with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Proficiency with dbt (or equivalent transformation tools) for building scalable data models.
• Experience with BI & reporting tools (Hex, Tableau) to develop dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture, governance, and best practices to ensure data is structured, reliable, and easy to access.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, balancing technical rigor with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work across teams and functions.
