Senior Principal AI Engineer, Agentic Systems

The Senior Principal AI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic systems that act in healthcare, replacing human handoffs with auditable, supervised AI workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience designing and operating agentic systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating across registers
• Genuine interest in healthcare and in applying AI responsibly in a regulated, high-stakes domain
