Senior Software Engineer, Facilitator Success

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that delivers personalized, virtual care rooted in connection. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Facilitator Success team, you will build products that help facilitators show up to every session informed, confident, and effective. You will develop high-quality features that drive meaningful business value using React, Python, and PostgreSQL, and partner with teammates across the organization to understand the business and drive data modeling discussions and decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience developing user-facing web or mobile applications
• Expertise and hands-on production experience with an application programming language, preferably Python
• Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down big, messy problems into smaller parts with tractable solutions and clear iterations
