Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that exists to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. As a Care Coach Lead, you will oversee a team of care coaches and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care to our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months at Charlie Health
- Maintain a satisfactory standing in performance metrics and attendance
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays
- Prior management experience preferred
