Manager of Advanced Practice Psychiatry

Charlie Health is seeking a Manager of Advanced Practice Psychiatry to lead a team of PMHNPs and deliver personalized, virtual care. The role involves direct clinical work, administrative tasks, and hiring and managing direct reports. The ideal candidate is a PMHNP with management experience, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and a passion for the mission-driven team.

Requirements

• Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
• Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• 6-12 months of experience at Charlie Health, currently working at least 30 hours FTE/week (40 hours FTE preferred)
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to communicate and work proficiently with medical staff, patients, clinical support and administrative staff
• Proficiency in use of electronic health records
