Patient Account Representative

At Charlie Health, our mission is to connect the world to life-saving mental health treatment. We're seeking a Patient Account Representative to research and rectify third party healthcare insurance denials, edits, requests for information, and other related correspondence. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in insurance account receivable department, preferably in behavioral health, and knowledge of payer specific billing requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance account receivable department, preferably in behavioral health
• Knowledge of payer specific billing requirements
• Highly organized and able to track workflows through various tools
• Strict attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Customer service skills to work with insurance companies and teammates within the company
• Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
