Integrative Group Facilitator

Charlie Health is a pioneer in its approach to mental health treatment, providing a holistic treatment model that combines clinical care with creative and contemplative practices. As an Integrative Group Facilitator, you will support clients through expressive tools, creative arts, and contemplative practices, working with a team to deliver evidence-based treatment plans.

Requirements

• Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health
• Experience with adolescents and young adults
• Experience with high acuity populations
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities (listed above)
• Licensed mental health professional (preferred)
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
• Reliable WiFi connection when meeting with clients
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, EMR, and outcomes survey software)
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
