Maintenance

Charlotte Pipe and Foundry is seeking a full-time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance person to join their team. The candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and/or replace plant and production equipment, operate welders and fabrication equipment, and assist Maintenance Technician in difficult maintenance duties and special project work.

Requirements

• Previous experience (3-5 years) within an industrial environment as a maintenance technician.
• Experience with Extrusion Equipment a plus but not required.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing of simple to complex control systems utilizing PLC's.
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (control and 480 V).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, pumping systems, and air compressors
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Ability to provide personal hand tools.
