Requirements

• Promote and create makeup magic in store
• Represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury
• Drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
• Achieve sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service
• Strive to achieve sales goals and sales per hour target
• Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of product knowledge
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
• Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
• Assist in maintaining counter hygiene standards, inventory levels, and visual merchandising
