Requirements

• Weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager
• Leadership and motivation of an excellent team
• Monitoring of inventory levels and advising the Field Sales Manager on inventory levels
• Personnel planning and succession planning for the team
• Determination of the need for further training of the team
• Driving and expanding performance indicators to achieve market-leading results
