Global Head of PR

We are seeking a creative, talented and passionate Head of PR (Global) to develop strategies and exceptional PR plans that can be executed globally, with local nuances, to grow brand awareness of Charlotte Tilbury amongst targeted audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years PR experience
• Global experience required, as well as experience executing locally
• A proven background in Beauty PR experience is not essential but useful
• Both an agency or in-house background are desirable (if coming from an agency, we would be looking at an Account Director or above)
• Background in working with a known personality is preferable
• Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Have a flexible and professional attitude
• Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
• Adept at managing multiple stakeholders
