Senior Events Manager

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior Events Manager to join the UK Leadership Team. The role will lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and operational delivery of key cross-functional strategic projects & events, and require proven experience in event management and retail operations within beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management and retail operations within beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors
• Previous senior project management experience
• Strong project management skills (tools like Asana, Monday.com)
• Financial acumen and governance discipline
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of H&S compliance, permits, and risk assessments
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
