ENGINEERING STAFF (INSIDE-SLH)

Plan and oversee the maintenance of machinery in the production system to ensure normal operation and maintain machine efficiency of not less than 95%. Repair, troubleshoot, and optimize machinery in the production system for efficiency.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks for machinery according to predetermined schedules.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and optimize machinery in the production system for efficiency.
• Procure equipment or spare parts for the maintenance of machinery as per established plans.
• Monitor and control project tasks and machinery upgrades to align with the plan.
• Collect data and analyze issues to devise preventive measures.
• Develop techniques for swift and efficient repair and maintenance of machinery, aiming to reduce costs.
• Support various company activities such as 5S and adhere to environmental policies, occupational health, safety, etc.
