Research and develop new coffee products, improve existing ones, and establish product standards. Supervise experiments, study laws, and train subordinates.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or Industrial Agricultural Product Development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development of food products
- Knowledge and ability in food product research and development, including statistical experimental design
- Sensory testing experience
- Knowledge of international quality standards systems (ISO9000:2001, GMP&HACCP) and training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Familiarity with food laws (FDA, Department of Livestock Development standards, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Public Health)
- Proficiency in the English language in all aspects
- Good basic computer skills
- Knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and processed products
- Understanding of manufacturing techniques, laboratory, and factory operations
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and organizing tasks
