Field Service Expert

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical commissioning of our steam turbines and the verification of safety equipment. You will manage customer projects worldwide on-site under safe working conditions. Howden is a leading global manufacturer of high-tech equipment covering various applications in the areas of clean energy and industrial gases.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician (for machinery and drive technology) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in repairing, maintaining, and commissioning steam turbines or similar plants
• Knowledge of control engineering, mechanics, and electronics
• Good German and good English skills in word and writing
• International travel readiness up to 100%
• Readiness to be on site in Frankenthal during the induction period
• Residence within Germany, preferably near an international airport
